About us
The JOBS Group is an affiliation of non-profit and for-profit organizations sharing common goals in the areas of private sector development, employment generation and poverty alleviation, as well as ICT human resources capacity building, placement and related technologies.
It comprises of JIPL, JOBS Trust, JOBS-DC, Miracles Trust and AAA Services. It has evolved from the successful 1998 USAID funded project in Bangladesh that shifted its focus towards Pakistan in 2008.

Jobs Trust
JOBS Trust Pakistan was founded in 2012 with the goal of extending social welfare services to underserved communities alleviating poverty through economic opportunities, fostering gender equality and enhancement of the socio-economic status of individuals.

Jobs International
JOBS International Private Limited (JIPL) is a for-profit, social development organization, based in Islamabad, Pakistan since 2008. It provides a range of services and training programs that include customized IT applications, job portals, learning management systems etc.

Jobs DC
JOBS-DC, as the private, non-profit and international arms of the JOBS group focus on the larger objectives of the group. This includes sectoral value chain development, employment generation, poverty alleviation, safe water and hygiene promotion, malnutrition and disaster relief.

Miracle Trust
Miracles Trust, is a non-profit entity that has been working under the JOB Group umbrella since June 2013 for the wellbeing or marginalized women in Pakistan through innovative approaches to economic empowerment.

Sunny Miracles
Sunny Miracles works on food processing objectives that aim to develop the agro-processing sector in Pakistan to reduce post-harvest losses.

Plastic Miracles
Plastic Miracles, the trust has been working towards skill and sector development. It is engaged in provision of home-based and culturally conscious income and makes beneficiaries self reliant through skill development and entrepreneurship training.
